Connecting your Travel Agents to Split is easy, and Split offers two seamless ways to onboard your agents.

You can onboard your agents regardless if they have a Split account or not, however, your agent may enjoy the reconciliation benefits of Split and you can invite them to join by sending them the following link: https://go.split.cash/sign_in

Simple easy sign-up and it's free for them to use.

Option 1: Travel Agent has a Split Account

If your agent has a Split account you can connect directly from your Split dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Split account
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Enter Agents name in the 'search Split accounts' field in the right-hand side.
  4. Add the contact once you've found your agent.
  5. Click on Agreements
  6. Click on Purpose agreement and select 'To a Split contact'
  7. Enter your payment terms, and submit.
  8. Your agent will accept your agreement

*note: payment terms are optional if you leave the terms blank you'll have no limits on your trading terms.

If your agent doesn't have a Split account or its a 1-time booking of new group or agent you can send them an Agreement link to connect.

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Click Agreements
  3. Click on Propose Agreement and select 'To anyone'
  4. Enter Agreement title, payment terms and save
  5. Scroll down to Open Agreements and click on 'View link'
  6. Copy the link and send to Agent: email, SMS

*You can use the same Agreement link for multiple agents and save multiple agreements to support different payment terms.
